Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your order’s delivery date to request a return and send your item back.

Returns that have been approved but not shipped back within the 30 day window will be issued store credit only.

Items marked Final Sale are non refundable and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, click the profile icon in the store's navigation and log in to your account.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "e-mail" field, enter your e-mail address and then click "continue"
    2. In your e-mail account, open the e-mail sent from our store and copy the six digit verification code
    3. Go back to the online store and enter the code
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store
  5. Click "submit request"

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an e-mail with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund pending inspection. A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns received without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you'd like to request an exchange, please send an e-mail to nicole@seabirdclothing.com for instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked final sale or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
